Comments are welcomed! And couching them in Poetry is definitely NOT required.
Do not explicitly reveal any of the actual answer words until after closing time, but embedding them surreptitiously in comment sentences is encouraged.

nothing would get her down.
No one ever saw her frown.
She was kind and quite humble
with clear speech and no mumble.
And she loved playing Jumble.
No truth would she fudge,
and she bore not one grudge.
She was fair as a judge.
Never once caught scheming,
she spent her days dreaming
of her future, looking beaming.
Who wouldn't love Cherry,
a soul so merry
like a joyful young fairy.
Yes, I know I left out one Jumble "word"--if that's what it is. But it would just have messed up Cherry's story. Here's what it would have been:

and puns she would zig-zag.
While Cherry's stanzas were five, she

never in a league so big
as when evading the ZIG
and avoiding the ZAG
of the poetic bag

One of the tricks of handling a weird outlier is to have your response center on it, rather than leave it alone, or to be dealt with as an after-thought.

My lil' haiku may not be an epic mansion,
but it saved a lot of time
wasted in seeking a rhyme,
in appropriate scansion,
while nursing Sunday's Bloody Mary jag
over a *%&! word like ZIGZAG*.

*P.S. You can also get away with an awkward rhythm by using non-alphabetical marks to mask an obscenity,
thus leaving it to the reader
to solve your meter!
Ol' Man Keith, your poetic response to my Zig Zag problem totally cracked me up. I feel honored to have my lame comment generate a fun verse from you. Thank you! I was going to try to get better, like you and Owen and Wilbur, but it's just not working yet. But I'll keep trying.
