At the helm, the foam he braves!
The bridge his house,
The wheel his spouse,
But come next year, to copyright he waves!
Magnificent guess today. I started with a common Bot selection and was lucky to find the right representative

Owen- I guessed the O from your poem. It took me 9 seconds to enter it. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI love your W 007 poem.
Amazing what a change in decor can do for a business. Just add

The sushi house needed a new attraction,
A mirror was added as a distraction.
Diners could dance and gyrate,
While their meal they did await.
The creative agent got a raise,
As the back wall addition all did praise.
OMK- thanks for the belly laugh with your haiku. I had the diners gyrating; you had the mirrors. Hilarious imagery. And yes, some wasabi can be that strong.

ReplyDeleteSusie was stuck in her house
trying to get rid of that mouse,
that made her turn and gyrate
until she trapped it in a crate.
She then looked in the mirror
and saw that her spirits were clearer.
So she went out and got
some sushi and some beer,
glad that all was aright again here.
Clever of you, CEh, to imagine a whole makeover, not just to one sushi bar, but to the whole idea of a sushi house as a club-style restaurant cum dance hall! My spinning mirrors would feel right at home in your establishment.
ReplyDeleteMisty ~ You went in a different direction, separating the house (with its tale of the mouse) from take-out sushi (as Susie’s reward for de-mousing)!
Both were fine Saturday entertainment. Thank you!

Ol' Man Keith, you did it again: put all four Jumble words and the solution into your haiku. Brilliant!
ReplyDeleteCanadianEh!, my goodness, your sushi house has certainly become very, very popular! Wish I could visit it and dance and gyrate with some of the folks there!
Owen, what a great time Steamboat Willie is enjoying on the waves. Hope he has a good next year, whatever happens.
