There are several other Jumble blogs, but the ones I checked all started off by listing the answers. In this blog, answers can be either hinted at or masked by burying them in comments. No overt spoilers!

The opening poem contains all the words (or variations of them) from today's Jumble.

Once upon a time there was a Pixie family. There was Mommy, there was Daddy, There was cousin Emily; There was big brother Bobby, There was baby (that was me); Then we have the triplets: sisters three!
For advice on anything we turned to Auntie Emily Sharing of a birthday, a downer it can be, And it's even worse when sisters there are three !
An idea was dredged up by Nana Emily That each a different month, should assigned be! April's birthday would be set to October three, Then in September, May would be the celebree, And June's natal day in August we would see!
The pixelated family is as lucky as can be, With a fairy godmother like gifted Emily!

An appropriate jumble for the 25th. Short, too, so we can get on with the day's festivities. Much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteA HAPPY DAY TO ALL!

Happy holidays to everyone. Late to the party because visiting away from home. Really love the poem, Owen; it's happy and fun and really flows.
ReplyDeleteThe jumble solution came even before the clues. I guess the creators wanted to make it holiday easy. The clue were pretty easy anyway, though.
Happy holidays to all! The Jumble was a breeze from start to finish and your poem like icing on the cake. Thank you, Owen.
