FLN: Misty!
You wrote you were “without hints” for the Wordle yesterday.
But I had dedicated a three-line poem with the W as the 3rd rhyme.
And both CEh & Owen left pretty good hints for you.
See my post at 6:16 pm—if you would like extra help.

Today’s Jumble haiku:

Saks, Ft. Worth!

The young tomato
threw frenzies ‘til daddy bought
that dress. WooHoo, Man!

Anger and hatred have their modes
Ire ranks anger that erodes.
All that at the start
Has rage ln its heart,
Dislikes and abhors are other nodes

If you want to see a horror movie that is fun
"Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes" is the one!
Sentient veggies (or are they fruits?)
Go into a frenzy of eating men in suits!

And to our heroes, it also distresses
They are also eating women in dresses!
But in the end, it's humans defeat flora!
Except there's sequels that means more a!

Next there was the "Return Of The Killer Tomatoes" ,
Then "Revenge Of The Killer Tomatoes" for pathos
And so, the fourth show to end this horror dance,
Was (the final?) "Killer Tomatoes Eat France"!

Eight great hours of binge watching to catch up --
Accompanied by hamburgers, slathered in ketchup!

"Failed Fourth"

To celebrate the Fourth
Nora took a trip up north
and ended up in Tennessee
where her family was in a frenzy.

Their girl wore a crumpled dress
that she didn't know how to press.
Mom couldn't cook a potato
so she had to serve a tomato.

But this was her human family
and Nora greeted and hugged them with glee.

(Apology. Okay, okay, I know poems don't get any sillier than this, but I got all the Jumble words in, and after my defeat trying to get things yesterday, it's the best I can do).

Silliness and whimsy are great for poetry. Look at Lear, Nash, Laurion! And rhyming frenzy and Tennessee was inspired!

Well, it took me three tries to get Wordle, but when I got it I realized I'd been given wonderful clues and help from everyone, beginning with Ol' Man Keith's haiku, followed by his even more helpful Wordle verse. Many thanks for that OMK.

Then came Owen's anger, hatred, and rage verse, followed by Wilbur's angry remark along with his very helpful hint. If CanadianEh! had checked in, I bet she would have offered another one. So thank you all for this huge help, and for being such a supportive community. I'm no longer even a tiny bit

Since CEh! Isn't here, I'll point out the initial letters of the five words in the second line of my W poem.
