FYI. When I checked the blog source, I found a notice that the post was being censored for not following "Community guidelines".
I deleted that page and created a new one you see here.

What happened? I can only surmise. A prankster reported us
or
A spammer snuck in just past midnight and posted a comment containing a link to a commercial porn site, or malware, or just a lot of profanity.

There are those who think the Knights of Columbus
And the Masons are essentially the same.
They are in ways from important to humblest,
Except that Popes have feared Mason's fame.

They think the I.O.O.F -- Odd Fellows.
Are like mystic Masonic membership ties
Likewise the Elks, Moose, Alpaca bellows
Thunder out -- the similarity easily dies.

Oh, they fiddled with the engines of oaths
Trying to loosen the secrets of Fellowship;
Make their commendable Lodges and Posts
Much like the Masons. But something they skip.

The vows and rituals are window dressing
It's the love among brothers that's impressing.

I posted on yesterday’s blog, and will copy here.
Owen- the blog must have disappeared into the same ether that was swallowing some of our posts a few weeks ago!

OMK- yes, my typing skills were failing yesterday, but I fell back to my British U! LOL!

Misty- 4 on Wordle without a hint is great. You even beat WC today.
Lovely verse too.

Looks like a good thing that I did not have time to get to the Saturday CW. I am prepping for a visit from three or the grandchildren this week. I may not have time to get here or to the Corner. I’m sure to be exhausted by the end of the week! But it will be fun.

Wordle 435 4/6*

⬜⬜🟨⬜🟩
⬜🟩⬜🟨🟩
⬜🟩🟨🟨🟩
🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩

Hint today for Misty- you need to use a letter that is not commonly used (and that I pronounce differently) to find your way into clear view
FLN OMK- I think my second guess was PRIDE

FLN: just wanna leave this note that I will be taking Sunday off.
I’ll probably look in to see what others may post, but it’s time I took my break.

Verse with a complicated bit of cultural and religious history this morning, Owen--
very impressive!

Have a wonderful time with your grandchildren in the coming week, CanadianEh!.
We'll look forward to seeing you next week, if not beforehand. And thanks for your great help for us this morning.

Hope you're having a restful day, Ol' Man Keith, and look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
You too, Wilbur.

Nice to see so many regulars checking in, esp. given my absence.
It’s a major difference from a couple of Sundays ago, eh, Misty?
Great to see everybody!

I shall return tomorrow.
