The Earth cop clocked the flying saucer's gait,
Then chased and pulled over the aging crate.
The Alien pleaded,
But Terran laws are heeded.
He was ticketed cause his saucer had no plate! *

Here is a fresh jigsaw puzzle. The photo is by a close friend, and the poem is by me.

Owen- we had similar progress on the W, but I was just one guess ahead.
I’m trying tio see the W connection in your poem. I will come back and concentrate on it again.
I’m also looking forward to doing that Cloud Dragon puzzle. Beautiful photo (thanks to Trina) and verse.

"Good Work"

Jeffrey enjoyed his entry-level job
in a small office with no hob-nob.
The depth of the legal work was a challenge
that he felt he could most likely balance.
In the end, he did his tasks govern well,
and his time there gave him a pleasant spell.

Woohoo! Woohoo! I was able to get into Wordle today, even without your help, OMK. And then, this time with your hint today, I was able to get it in just a single try. Woohoo!

Many, many thanks! You've made my day!

Glad it worked for you, Misty, and that your Jeffrey enjoyed success in his early job. Good going!

Gotta real kick outta your ET’s missing plate, Owen. That earth cop was doing well on his job!
Your dragon photo is a beaut as well.

Erratum:
mean = means

WC ~ You and I went with the oral version. CEh chose to use the intensifier.

CEh! ~ The thing is you got it!
Your W hint points to the only adjective we connect with “disaster.” How come we never use it with “success”?

Thanks all for your contributions today.
I have run out of time today. Too much going on here again. Attended my 4th funeral in 3 months today, and 5th is coming up next week. Emotionally exhausting.
Please stay well all!
