Todayโs Jumble haiku:
(Radar spots in miniature vast approaching objects.)
โFun Air (with small signs denoting major IFOs)โ
Just nuances, mere
blips & sniffs of radar tell
whole aviaries.

Thereโs plenty here, whether on youโor upon meโto weigh on.
Iโd rather we just continue having funโto play on!
Meanwhile, if you like to wear silken synthetics, I recommend โโฆ.. .โ

She was the type that grifters like to prey on.
He had a bod that tattoos did display on.
He gave her green and pink
And some uncolored ink.
All she needed was a shoulder to crayon!

Orijinz:
Easily confused, but known as The Bod,
He was a yardman, who tended the sod.
He helped things grow,
From bed plants in a row,
To ladies who would sometimes applaud!
I was testing for gas in my basement before I got to the textile store
Once again the Bot swallowed my W with the comment. Sorry I had to post twice.
The aristocrat refuses to give a monetary tip, assuming that the original fare (paid with a rectangular credit card) should be sufficient. Instead, he gives free advice.
Fair UnโSquare Fare
โI donโt carry coins to pay twice,โ
the snooty baron sniffed
At the Uber driver who was miffed.
โMy Amex card will suffice
For the aviary round trip.
Now here is my nuanced tip -
Donโt get caught by the radar photo,
And buy yourself a new shirt pronto,
Cotton, never rayon, at any price!โ
"Bird Stirred"
The odor in the aviary
made Ann, the keeper, a bit wary.
It might the owner miff
if he too the smell did sniff.
The problem was off Ann's radar:
she did not want with her boss to spar.
In the end she felt it would be unfair
to worry a little scent would people scare.
This nuance should not make anyone feel unsure
and require no avian cure.
Sorry. I'm not sure when I will post again. My wife woke with severe back pain this morning. As I no longer drive I could not take her for Urgent Care, but instead called 911.
The medics have taken her to the hospital. Her mother has gone with her, while I'm staying home by the phone & to watch after the dogs. If I clear my mind, I may post later, but for now I am too preoccupied to give this fair attention.

New jigsaw puzzle, Purple Escape .
Ol' Man Keith, so sorry to hear about your wife. Hope she will get good treatment at the hospital and be able to come back home soon.
OMK, hoped it might cheer you up a little if I got your Wordle today. Your fabric turned out to be most successful:

CanadianEh!,
Your baron was mean and cheap--
bet the Uber driver found him a creep.
It would finally be a fair state
if the baron arrived there late.
Owen,
The yardman did lovely plants raise--
he sure deserved the ladies' praise.
OMK- I echo Mistyโs post that your wife will be treated well and be home soon. Our thoughts are with you as you wait and worry.
Misty- your poem โhit it out of the ballparkโ today. You got all those J words into a sensible theme (while mine was somewhat obnoxious). Iโm sure avian odour is not as bad as some other speciesโ odours.
Owen- beautiful puzzle art and poem. I solved in 46 seconds, but it was only 12 pieces. I think I should have changed it to something harder.
And the W โshoulder to crayonโ was magnificent.
Thanks for your concerns!
They kept her in the hospital all day, running many tests. The diagnosis? A *#@! kidney stone!
I have heard how painful they can be, but this is my first close-up knowledge.
All her other systems are in great shape.
She was sent home with an Rx for painkillers and something to help her โpass the stone.โ
It is great to have her back. Although the pain hasnโt vanished, it is much more tolerable.

Many thanks for giving us this great news, Ol' Man Keith! What a good resolution to what began as a potentially very worrisome problem. I hope you and your wife both have a good night's sleep, and a peaceful and good day tomorrow.
