"My friends, for that is what I hope you are,
You have brought me here from Earth afar!
I cherish this opportunity to profitably remove
Your worries of my planet, of which you allude!

We cannot share technology, for you have better.
But we can share ideas to free you from your fetters!
We can teach the golden rule, do to others as yourself!
That every man is equal, independent in himself!

You have castes and you use slaves with no reason.
You have machines, you could give your workers freedom!
You could add a sheen of grace to your splendor,
And their minds could could even help excess to temper!"

(Thus ends the defense, but the verdict is still to come.)

What took you so long, Dave. I've never had a _J fall my way so quickly.

Owen, if sense and sensibility fails, Dan can fall back on the "Riddle game" which has no name.
His question: What is in my wife's pocketbook? First to guess fifty items saves or destroys the world.

Well, I got all 4 items quickly, without any problems at all. But am still struggling with the long solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought this would be your cup o' tea! I got it - despite my fear of number games. And the length of the final answer gave me a second or two of Angst.
But follow the rule: short word first - the opposite of Odd. The longer word is a natural add-on, making the whole answer somewhat the opposite of "fevered."

Just the help I needed--thank you, Ol'Man Keith. I got it immediately, but am not sure I would have done so without your help with that short clue. Great relief--I hate not getting a Jumble on a Monday. Have a great day!
