It will be caucus time in Iowa, sooner than we think.
Candidates are gathering there, vying for media ink.
They call each other felon, and other slanderous phrases.
A breach of campaign protocol, although it hardly fazes.
Each event at which they appear and show their face
Adds value to their claim as the bestest candidate!

It's hard to live in the shadow of a famous father.
If you follow in his footsteps, you're expected to go farther.
If you swerve to another profession you may escape.
Go on to fashion a niche in your own preferred shape.

It's within reason if your father plays a didgeridoo to you,
Then playing a didgeridoo to him may be what you must do!
Or you can make a statement of your own competence.
Then you won't need a notary to denote the evidence!

Woohoo! I had trouble with the first and second word this morning, and had to come to Owen's second poem to look them up. There they were. I then wrote down all the letters, though I felt sure I'd never get that long solution. But Tada! I got the first word instantly, and that made the second long word easy to get as well. Your poem was a lot of fun, Owen (can't remember ever hearing of a 'didgeridoo), and the cartoon, with those interesting clothing patterns and the glasses on the guys was also a pleasure. Have a good Sunday, everybody. I'm off to see a production of "Mamma Mia."

After battling the CC I finally came here and got the six/six. After crossing out SENSATIONS in the solution I finally got it.

Sorry, not much to say today. J4 easy. J6 solution did not come quickly.
Liked poems, but wish you could have worked felon in differently. Dems being quite polite so far.
